New Delhi: The department said rural tower additions in the past year helped close most coverage gaps, though indoor quality remains uneven.
Industry executives said adoption has been strongest among first-time users in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, including several in Karnataka.
The company said it will expand the service in phases, with language support and accessibility features added based on user feedback.
